Aligning strategy and brand image at a key Columbia event
Design the PowerPoint presentations for the bi-annual event organized by Columbia to present its upcoming strategy to European business teams and top clients.


On the occasion of their event, Columbia called on mprez to design the design of all the PPT presentations presented. A strategic choice because this summit is one of the rare opportunities to bring together so many employees and customers at European level.
Between brand image and commercial strategy
The challenge of the project: to go beyond the traditional role of slides as a simple presentation medium, to make them a real strategic lever capable of capturing attention and mobilizing teams around future goals.
As soon as the project was launched, an agile Mprez team was set up: a project manager in Europe and a designer in Brazil.
This organization, based on two distinct time zones, allowed for highly efficient processing of returns: while Europe was finishing its working day, the Brazilian team could take over and vice versa.
Result: 130 slides delivered in less than three weeks, perfectly adapted to Columbia's needs.
Thanks to this collaboration, Columbia was able to capitalize on a support worthy of the event: visually impacting, perfectly aligned with the identity of the brand, and designed to unite teams around the future strategy. The project was able to combine operational performance and creative excellence — a winning combination for a major strategic summit.
